Professor H A. Apeh is a distinguished scholar in Educational Administration with over 25 years of academic experience. As the current Head of Department of Educational Management at University of Abuja, he has published extensively on educational policy and leadership in developing contexts. Professor Apeh previously served as visiting scholar at the University of Ibadan and has been instrumental in developing Nigeria's national teacher education frameworks. He provides strategic leadership for AJE's editorial direction and maintains the journal's academic standards.

Professor Uche Anaduaka specialises in STEM education integration in Nigerian secondary schools. She serves on the editorial boards of three other African education journals and brings expertise in qualitative research methodologies to AJE's editorial process.

Secretary, Editorial Board: Dr. E.J. Chukwuemeka

Dr. Emeka Joshua Chukwuemeka is an expert in Educational Technology and inclusive pedagogy with technology. His current research examines technological pedagogical content knowledge(TPACK), instructional technologies and assistive technologies for diverse kinds of learners in mainstream classrooms. Dr. Chukwuemeka oversees AJE's submissions and coordinates the peer review process, manages manuscript tracking, and ensures timely communication between authors, reviewers and editors.

Dr. Adebayo F. Akintunde is a Senior Lecturer in Educational Psychology whose research focuses on learning motivation and classroom dynamics.  Dr. Akintunde has particular expertise in psychometric assessment tools.

With a Master's in Adult Education and Social Welfare and 10 years of experience in academic publishing and educational technologies, Mr. Ojo manages AJE's production processes, subscription services, and financial operations. He coordinates with printers, online hosting platforms, and indexing services to ensure the journal's professional standards and sustainability.
